BasicFTP is a new FTP client application for Windows from the makers of FTP Explorer.
BasicFTP is intended to be a very easy to use FTP client that provides users with a very easy set up process and simple operation. BasicFTP provides users with a very straightforward, step-by-step process for setting up an FTP connection profile. BasicFTP allows users to upload or download files and directory structures to or from and FTP server, making it ideal for publishing web sites to hosting services that support FTP connections.
Once a connection profile is created using the profile wizard, all you have to do is click one button whenever you want to transfer your files. BasicFTP turns previously complicated FTP that used to require multiple steps into very simple one-click operations. BasicFTP is designed to be the easiest to use FTP client for new users.
The connection profile wizard will walk you through the process of setting up a connection profile to your server. It will even test the settings along the way to make sure they are correct.
Once you have a connection profile set up, you can transfer your files with a single button click! BasicFTP allows advanced users to create multiple connection profiles for various FTP servers which can then be launched with a single button click.
BasicFTP provides command line options for launching one or more connection profiles, which means you can configure the Windows task scheduler to run it automatically at specific times.
